Backblaze ALT key tricks

via backblaze.com

It took me a while to find this page. The ALT key trick is very useful if you want to force it to backup recently changed files right away.

Rapportive for Gmail rocks!

via rapportive.com

Okay, just tried this out and I have to say, Rapportive is the most useful and awesome tool I’ve seen since…well…my last blog post. If you use Gmail or Google Apps and work out of your inbox, like I do far too often, I suggest you give Rapportive a whirl.

All I have to say is WOW! Google Maps 5.0 for Android is awesome!

via googlemobile.blogspot.com

Finally a smooth scrolling, tilting, rotating, zooming, auto rotating, 3D, vector based map for mobile! I also love how it will store data on the phone for offline mode. No more losing the map or route in tunnels and subways…nice.

via chrome.blogspot.com

It’s nice to know that the built-in PDF viewer and Flash player will automatically update and work within the sandbox. I just hope Google fixes the problems with printing PDFs from Chrome.

Near Field Communication is so cool on the new Nexus S from Google!

via youtube.com

This is going to have so many uses! It would be cool to be able to find out all kinds of info about products in stores before making a purchase decision, or walking through a grocery store and NFC some items to add them to my grocery list.
